Bring a valid, current government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID. Do NOT sign your documents beforehand. You must sign in front of the notary. Bring any required witnesses.
Yes! We specialize in bedside and facility visits. Nursing home and assisted living visits are a $75 flat package. Hospital visits are $85–100 depending on complexity. We provide patient, compassionate service.
Yes — travel fees and notary fees are always quoted separately so you know exactly what you're paying for. We discuss all fees upfront with no surprises.
We serve Augusta and surrounding areas. Local travel up to 10 miles is $25. Additional mileage beyond 10 miles is $1/mile round trip. Travel over 30 miles adds $30.
Yes! Rush, after-hours, and weekend appointments are available with an additional $20+ fee. Evening or rush loan signings start at $150+.
An Acknowledgment confirms you signed a document willingly — no oath required. A Jurat requires you to swear under oath that the document contents are true. We will identify which your document requires.
We currently accept Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Card and Venmo coming soon.
